Refund or Cancellation Policy

At Vital Skills, we strive to offer clarity and transparency in our refund and cancellation processes. Please read the policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are only issued under the following condition:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a user accidentally makes a payment for the same course twice, the full amount of the second payment will be refunded.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Normal purchases, as all products are digital and grant instant access after payment.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Cancellations are not permitted once payment has been processed, as users gain instant access to the course content.

Timelines for Refunds

  • Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 7 working days after verification.
  • Exchanges (course changes) will be processed within 2 working days, provided the eligibility criteria are met.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

    • All digital courses purchased under normal circumstances.
    • Courses where an exchange request was not made within the specified 3-day period or after the course has been started.

Cancellation Fees

No cancellation fees are applicable, as cancellations are not allowed.

      • Full Name
      • Registered Email Address
      • Course Name(s)
      • Payment Details and proof of duplicate payment
    2. Clearly state your request and provide all required information.
    3. Our team will verify your request and process eligible refunds within the specified timeline.
