Criteria for Returns
Since all our products are digital and provide instant access after payment, returns and refunds are not applicable for normal purchases. Refunds and exchanges are only allowed under specific conditions outlined below:
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued only if a user accidentally pays for the same course twice.
- The full amount of the second payment will be refunded within 7 working days
- To initiate a refund the user can contact us using the contact details mentioned at the end.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are permitted if the following conditions are met:
- The user informs us about the desired course change within 3 days of enrollment.
- The user has not started the course.
