6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, users agree to the following process:

- Mediation: If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation. The cost of mediation will be equally shared by both parties.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
